Downloading Your Niche FX Purchase

After successful payment, your digital file will be available in two places:

• On the order-confirmation page
• In the download email sent to the email address used during checkout

Click Download now and save the file to a location you can easily find.

Where has my file been saved?

On Windows, downloaded files are normally saved in:

File Explorer → Downloads

You can also press:

Ctrl + J

inside your web browser to view recent downloads.

I have not received the download email

Please:

• Check your spam or junk folder
• Confirm that you entered the correct email address during checkout
• Allow a few minutes for the message to arrive
• Search your inbox for Niche FX

Your download may still be available through the order-confirmation page.

The download link does not work

Use the Niche FX Contact page and provide:

• Your name
• Order number
• Product purchased
• The email address used during checkout
• A brief description of the problem

Do not post your order information publicly.

The file will not open

Check the file format listed on the product page. Facade reference images are normally supplied as PNG or JPG files.

Try opening the file using:

• Windows Photos
• Adobe Photoshop
• After Effects
• Your preferred image or projection-mapping software

Contact Niche FX if the file appears corrupt or is different from the product description.

Back up your purchase

After downloading your file, store a backup on another drive or secure cloud-storage service. Do not rely solely on the original email or download link for permanent storage.
