What am I purchasing?

Each product page clearly explains what is included. Products currently listed as facade reference images contain a downloadable digital image only.

They do not include a finished animation, audio, projection-mapping software or projector setup unless the product description specifically says otherwise.

How will I receive my purchase?

After successful payment, a download button appears on the order-confirmation page. Shopify also sends a download email to the address entered during checkout.

Will anything be posted to me?

No. Niche FX products are supplied digitally. No physical item will be posted.

What file format will I receive?

The file format is shown on each product page. Facade reference images are normally supplied as PNG or JPG files.

Can I use the image with AI animation software?

Yes. Facade reference images are intended for use as starting images, visual prompts or creative references in compatible image-to-video and animation workflows.

Results vary between platforms, and Niche FX cannot guarantee a particular result from third-party AI software.

Will the image automatically fit my house?

No. The supplied image is a ready-made reference design. It is not automatically mapped or fitted to your particular building.

You may need to resize, mask, distort or adapt the image inside your preferred projection-mapping or editing software.

Can I resell or share the downloaded image?

No. The original downloaded file must not be resold, redistributed, uploaded to an asset library or shared as a standalone source file.

Can I use my purchase commercially?

Use depends on the licence shown on the individual product page. Contact Niche FX before purchasing when you are uncertain whether your planned use is covered.

Can I get a refund?

Digital-download purchases are covered by the Niche FX Digital Refund Policy.

Contact Niche FX if the supplied file is corrupt, materially different from its description, incorrect or unavailable through the download link.

What should I do if my download does not work?

Use the Contact page and provide:

• Your name
• Order number
• Product purchased
• A description of the problem

Niche FX will investigate and help restore access or provide the correct file where appropriate.

How should I store my purchase?

Download the file promptly and keep a secure backup. Do not rely solely on the original email or download link for permanent storage.
