Digital Refund Policy

Niche FX sells digital products supplied by instant download. No physical product will be posted.

Please read the complete product description and check the listed file type, dimensions and contents before purchasing.

Change-of-mind cancellations

By requesting immediate access to a digital download, you agree that delivery may begin before the end of the usual 14-day cancellation period. Once the download or digital access has begun, change-of-mind refunds will normally not be available.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied files

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please contact Niche FX if:

• The supplied file is corrupt or cannot be opened
• The wrong file has been supplied
• The product is materially different from its description
• The download link does not work

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file, technical assistance or refund.

Duplicate purchases

Please contact us if you accidentally purchase the same product more than once. Duplicate-purchase refund requests will be considered individually.

Compatibility

Customers are responsible for checking that their software, hardware and workflow support the file type stated on the product page. Refunds are not normally provided where a correctly supplied file is incompatible with software or equipment that was not listed as supported.
