Niche FX Digital Content Licence

Purchasing a Niche FX digital product gives the purchaser permission to use that product under the licence below. Ownership of the original Niche FX file and its underlying intellectual property does not transfer to the purchaser.

Standard Licence

Unless the individual product page states otherwise, the Standard Licence allows one purchaser to:

• Download and securely store the purchased file
• Use the image as a starting frame, visual prompt or creative reference
• Modify, resize, crop, mask or animate the image
• Incorporate it into the purchaser’s own projection-mapping displays
• Use resulting animations in personal displays
• Display resulting work on the purchaser’s own website or social-media accounts
• Create one completed project for their own business or one named client

You May Not

The original purchased file must not be:

• Resold or redistributed as a standalone image
• Shared with another person, company or online group
• Uploaded to a stock-image, template, prompt or asset marketplace
• Included in another downloadable product pack
• Offered as a free download
• Sublicensed or transferred to another purchaser
• Presented as an original source image created entirely by the customer
• Used to create substantially identical products intended for resale

Client Work

The purchaser may use the content when producing one finished display or animation for a named client.

The client may receive the completed rendered project, but must not receive the original downloadable Niche FX source file.

A separate purchase or installer licence is required for each additional client project unless the product page states otherwise.

Commercial and Installer Use

Projection companies, event businesses, venues and installers who intend to reuse Niche FX content for multiple clients should contact Niche FX for an appropriate Commercial or Installer Licence.

AI Platforms

Customers may upload the purchased image to an AI image or animation service when permitted by that service’s terms.

Niche FX cannot guarantee:

• A particular generated result
• Continued compatibility with any AI platform
• That third-party services will keep uploaded content private
• That every intended use is permitted by the third-party platform

Customers are responsible for reviewing the rules of any AI or software platform they use.

Copyright and Third-Party Rights

This licence applies only to the rights owned or controlled by Niche FX.

Customers must not use Niche FX content in a way that infringes another party’s copyright, trade mark, privacy, publicity or other rights.

Licence Termination

The licence may be terminated if the purchaser redistributes, resells or otherwise uses the content outside these terms. After termination, the purchaser must stop using and delete the original supplied file.
